What we collect
When you fill in our estimate form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, the job location, the services you are interested in and your message. Our server also records the date and time, your IP address and browser type with the request, which helps us stop spam.
If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you send that way.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
- No selling, renting or sharing your details with marketers.
- No adding you to a mailing list.
The only thing this site stores in your browser is your accessibility settings, if you choose any. That stays on your device.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to contact you, look at the job and give you an estimate. If you tick the box saying texting is fine, we may text you about that estimate.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept as long as we need them to follow up and keep a record of the work, and are deleted on request. Records of blocked spam submissions are kept briefly and store only a scrambled form of the IP address.
Who can see it
Dig Out WNY and our web host, which stores the site and delivers our email. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or text (716) 444-6613 or send us an email.
Children
This site is for people arranging construction work and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
